Spring is a busy time! Everyone is out there.. running, biking, walking.. and our feet can take a real beating. Some occupations require standing for long periods of time.. and some sports, like running and dancing, place a lot of strain on the feet. Blisters can become infected, but 1 drop of lavender oil on an open blister, will stop it from becoming infected.
