Designed to refill Cold & Muscle Mist (60ml green spritzer) ... add 20 drops to 30 ml water

... or add 10-15 drops to home vaporizer (approx 1 litre water) for relief of cold/congestion 

A few drops may also be diffused in boiling water on stovetop.. wonderful aroma!
